• Certified technician or completed engineering studies, preferably in the field of industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of process management.
• Knowledge of management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001)
• Experience in internal auditing preferred.
• Knowledge of customer-specific requirements in the automotive sector preferred.
• Independent and self-reliant way of working in a team as well as a high degree of flexibility
• Distinct and situationally adapted assertiveness.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and quick perception.
• Willingness to travel to Europe and USA.
• Fluent business English is a must.
• German is a plus.
